1. Scope of Services
Inclusive Insights Counseling provides psychotherapy and related mental health services delivered by licensed or supervised clinicians. Information on this website is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, advice, or emergency services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to engage in services unless a parent/guardian provides consent in compliance with state laws.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
All client information is protected under federal HIPAA laws and New York State regulations.
We take every reasonable step to safeguard your data, but electronic communications (email, text, telehealth platforms) carry inherent risks.

4. Emergencies
We are not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. You may also call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for immediate support.
5. Appointments, Cancellations, & Fees
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellation or rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Fees for sessions, copays, or out-of-pocket charges are due at the time of service.
6. Insurance & Payment
We may accept insurance, but coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for confirming benefits and for any portion of fees not covered by insurance.
7. Use of Website
By accessing our website, you agree not to misuse its content. All logos, designs, and materials are property of Inclusive Insights Counseling and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no guarantees that our website or online platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inclusive Insights Counseling is not liable for any damages resulting from use of our website or participation in services beyond the scope of professional duty of care.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
